The person who accepts this role will receive a modest discount on their rent. In exchange, we would ask the following:

• To be our eyes on the property. Just let us know if something is out of wack or needs attention.

• Take the trash and recycling cans in and out weekly.

• Clean snow and apply salt from in front of the 4 entrance doors

• Ensure that no one takes trash out before the trash date
